Rates & Availability Winter 2025/2026
Mid December to Easter - Whole house bookings only - Self Catering basis 

• €500 per night for up to 10 people. Minimum stay of 5 nights.

• Special rates apply for Christmas, New Year and February. Price on request. 

• There is mandatory tourist tax of €4, payable locally, which entitles guests to a Gastein Guest Card offering discounts and special offers, as well as free train and bus travel throughout Salzburgerland. Children under 15 years are exempt.

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder due four weeks prior to arrival.
